Capabilities
Bare boards to turnkey2–16 layer boards on FR4, Rogers, aluminium or flex substrate. Min trace/space 3/3 mil, via drill from 0.15 mm, controlled impedance ±10%, ENIG / HASL / OSP / immersion silver surface finish options.
0201 passives through fine-pitch BGAs. Automated stencil printing, vision-aligned placement, nitrogen reflow, and AOI as standard. Wave solder and selective solder for through-hole and mixed technology.
We source from AU-stocked Digi-Key, Mouser and element14 to minimise lead times. Approved alternates proposed for any long-lead or obsolete parts, with pricing shown side-by-side in your quote.
One purchase order covers everything — fabrication, BOM sourcing, assembly, inspection and delivery. NDA available. Ideal for pre-production runs from 1 to 100 boards before committing to volume.
